Who We Are

Kilos Strength + Rehab is a strength-focused clinic located in the heart of Vancouver’s West Broadway medical district, just steps from Vancouver General Hospital and the upcoming Broadway Subway. We are one of the few clinics in the Lower Mainland focusing on care for strength athletes and active individuals, while also treating clients from all walks of life.

Our team is dedicated to empowering athletes and active individuals to perform at their best, recover efficiently, and prevent injury. We have close affiliations with the powerlifting, bodybuilding, and weightlifting communities and we are committed to expanding our support for athletes at all levels and across multiple sports.

At Kilos, we prioritize a hands-on, patient-centered approach that combines manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and evidence-based modalities to help clients achieve their physical goals. As a growing clinic, we’re now looking to add another experienced RMT to the team—someone who shares our passion for strength, athletic performance, and delivering high-quality care.

Our location in a bustling, accessible neighborhood on Broadway and Oak puts us at the center of a vibrant, active, and engaged community, surrounded by medical professionals, fitness enthusiasts, and everyday clients who are committed to staying strong, healthy, and active.

At the heart of everything we do are our core values, which reflect our commitment to:

  • Performance driven: We focus on enhancing strength, movement, and recovery to help clients reach their highest performance potential.

  • Client-centered care: We tailor every treatment to each client’s unique needs, goals, and challenges.
