What is your rate for event massage?
Our rate is $250 + GST per hour, with a minimum booking of 4 hours per therapist. Travel and setup time are not included in the minimum booking hour requirement.

Do you charge for travel?
Travel within the Lower Mainland is included in our event rate. Additional travel fees may apply for events outside the Lower Mainland.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure therapist availability and allow sufficient time for planning.

What is required from the event organizer?
We typically require a designated treatment area with enough space for a massage table, access to the venue during setup and teardown, and a point of contact on event day. We will discuss any additional requirements during the planning process.
